Our Coffee Club ships twice a month - once at the beginning of the month and once mid-way. Whenever you subscribe, we will make sure you are getting your coffee as soon as possible.
The cut-off to join the first half is the 3rd of each month and the second half is the 17th of each month.
Depending if you are in first-half or second-half of the month, you will be charged either the 3rd or 17th of each month.
We use Subbly as a shop platform, which has a wonderful security record and keeps your data encrypted.
You are able to pause 1 to 3 months at anytime through your account login page. We understand sometimes you need a break from the caffeine!
You are able to unsubscribe from your Coffee Club at anytime thru your login page. Feel free to email elisha@palisadecoffee.com at anytime if you have any questions or issues with your box. We love to make sure you have a great experience!
